Car driver in hospital after A158 crash

The driver of a KIA Cee’d has been taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries after a crash with a lorry on the Sudbrooke side of the A158.

The incident happened near to the level crossing and was reported to police at 3.30pm on Tuesday, May 22.

The road has been closed at Bunkers Hill and the other side of Langworth crossing after the crash between the KIA Cee’d and a grey tipper lorry, police said.

People in the area have reported that it took place near a pub in Langworth and an Ambicopter is on the scene.
