Yellowbellies needed for Ninja Warrior challenge

Ninja Warrior auditions will take place this summer

Get ready to try and jump, dodge and swing to glory as Ninja Warrior UK looks for Lincolnshire people to take on the famous television obstacle course.

Yellowbellies can now apply to be on series five of the ITV game show, which is hosted by Ben Shephard, Rochelle Humes and Chris Kamara.

Auditions are coming up across the UK this June and July, with contestants 18 and over, from ‘have a go heroes’ to ‘superhuman athletes’, eligible to apply here.

The application process closes on July 13 2018.

Ninja Warrior UK sees around 250 competitors from all over the country tackle a variety of obstacles along an assault course in an attempt to conquer Mount Midoriyama.

Contestants will try to take on infamous hurdles including the “warped wall”, with those going the furthest and achieving the fastest time qualifying for the semi-finals and the finals.

The show was first broadcast on ITV on April 11 2015 and is based on the format of Japense game show Sasuke.
