It once housed Lincoln coffee firm RW Stokes before the company moved its headquarters to The Lawn.

The site was also home to a former school building and the St Martin’s Parish Hall.

Thomas Samuel Ltd, the company behind the construction work, plan to renovate and incorporate the frontages of the old buildings into the new design.
