Sneak peek: Crivo’s is a flipping brilliant pancake house

Try not to flip out with excitement!

Flipping brilliant! A new pancake house concept is set to open on Lincoln High Street on Wednesday.

Crivo’s Pancake House will serve sweet and savoury pancakes, waffles, ice cream and coffee when it opens on Wednesday, August 29.

As previously reported, the pancake house will open on the site of a former Indian restaurant at 118 High Street.

It is set to be perfect for those with a sweet tooth, so try not to flip out with excitement over the opening.

Owner of Crivo’s Pancake House, Yadgar Tayfur, told The Lincolnite: “It was my wife’s idea to open a pancake house. We are all about serving high quality food at a low price.

“We have spent a lot of money on the renovation of the building. Everything has been done from scratch, the only thing we haven’t changed is the roof and the walls.

“There aren’t that many places that serve breakfast, lunch and dinner or good coffee in this area, so we are hoping that it will be popular.

“We already have plans to expand the business into Sheffield, Leicester and Nottingham.”
