Lincoln Mamba dealer admits drugs charges

His case has been listed for sentencing

A 23-year-old man pleaded guilty to three charges, including possession with intent to supply drugs, during a hearing at Lincoln Crown Court on Friday.

As previously reported, Istvan Tanko and 52-year-old Cristian Mazilu, both of Sedgebrook Close in Lincoln, first appeared at Lincoln Magistrates Court on September 17 after being arrested in Lincoln city centre a few days earlier and charged with possession with intent to supply Mamba.

Tanko appeared at Lincoln Crown Court on October 15 and the case was adjourned for today (October 19) for a plea to be given.

He pleaded guilty to all three counts, including possession with intent to supply, before being remanded in custody.

The case has been listed for sentencing at Lincoln Crown Court in the near future, although a date has not yet been set.

Mazilu appeared at Lincoln Crown Court on October 15 but no formal plea was given.

He was charged with possession with intent to supply and remanded in custody, with the case being adjourned for trial on March 4 2019.
