Update… unfortunately our bus has been found burnt out in a field! We are extremely angry that our children have had this happen to them!!! Thank you for all the shares.
Christa Haslam from Tealby School told Lincolnshire Reporter: “Last night our minibus was taken from the school drive. The police were informed.
“This morning a dog walker phoned the school and informed us that it had been burnt out and left in a field.
“Obviously the whole school community is very shocked and upset by the theft of the vehicle. The children are very upset, as it is going to have an impact on the whole school.
“We use the minibus for a variety of activities including; getting to PE lessons, Forest School and School trips.
“The school PTFA have raised the funds for the minibus and therefore the children feel ownership of it and feel like they have personally had something taken from them. They are very sad to be missing out on exciting learning experiences.”
A terrible, thoughtless act. What sort of person commits such a crime against our children? https://t.co/LFTxnIj8ev
