There are over 2000 different species of starfish which come in various different colours, shapes and sizes.

Starfish, also known as Sea Stars, have a surprisingly unusual anatomy, with no brain or blood, yet are able to digest food outside their body.

It is not clear how they ended up stranded or what action will be taken at the time of writing, but the issue has been flagged up to the Marine Conservation Society.
