A person was caught on camera travelling unsafely in the boot of a car in Lincoln city centre.

A video posted on the Idiot drivers in Lincolnshire and the UK Facebook group shows a white car stopping near to Buzz Bingo on Saltergate.

The video, which has been viewed 1,400 times since being uploaded over the weekend, then shows a female get out and open the boot, revealing one of the passengers who had been travelling inside it.

It is shown more clearly in a second video where the boot traveller reaches in to get something before the group walk off and the car drives away.

South Kesteven District Council inspected Hong Kong Restaurant on All Saints’ Street on October 31, 2023.

The Home Office has told RAF Scampton residents that they will not be notified when asylum seekers are moved onto the former airbase in order to avoid public pushback.

At a public engagement meeting for vulnerable people held at the Lincolnshire Showground on Thursday, it was conveyed to attendees that the timing of the migrants’ relocation will be kept undisclosed, due to concerns about potential public pushback.
