Bookings cancelled as trampoline park shuts suddenly

Some were cancelled at very short notice

Customers have seen their bookings cancelled at short notice with no explanation after a trampoline park in Grantham shut suddenly.

Jump Revolution at Springfield business park on Caunt Road in Grantham opened in October 2016. Less than three years later, the venue appears to have shut down.

It is not yet clear if this is temporary or permanent but some customers are reported to have received emails from the company on Tuesday night to say their bookings have been cancelled.

The email also states customers will get a refund. However some have reported they have been unable to get through to anyone when they call the number provided.

A concerned mother, who wished to remain anonymous, contacted Lincolnshire Reporter after her son’s party was cancelled for later this month.

She said: “It shut suddenly with no explanation and no refund was offered for my son’s party on February 23. I only found out it had closed from a friend in Grantham.

“I had no email or phone call. I have rung the phone number on their website and there was no answer.

“There’s a poster on the door that says closed due to unforeseen circumstances, but doesn’t say how long for. I see that no sessions are bookable on the website.”

When trying to book a session via the Jump Revolution website, users are met with the message ‘we couldn’t find anything on that date’. The same message appears when clicking ‘show me the next available date’.

Reporters contacted Jump Revolution for a response but there was no reply by the time of publication.
