The 200 Degrees coffee chain will open its new shop in the Lincoln Cornhill Quarter on March 4.
As previously reported, the 200 Degrees coffee chain’s latest store at 34 Sincil Street will be its eighth cafe.
The 90-seater coffee shop will be open 7.30am-8pm Monday to Friday, 8am-7pm Saturdays and 9:30am-6pm on Sundays. It will bring 12 new jobs to the city.
It will be located in phase two of the major Cornhill Quarter development – part of Lincolnshire Co-ops £70million regeneration of the area.
It will serve coffee made using its own roasted beans along with a variety of fresh food prepared daily.
It will also sell prepackaged coffee and home brewing equipment.
200 Degrees will also host their fifth barista school in Lincoln alongside Nottingham, Birmingham, Leeds and Cardiff. It will be on its mezzanine floor offering expert coffee training for a range of experience.
The name of the business comes from the temperature it roasts its coffee at, 200 Celsius, which is lower than normal in order to provide a smoother taste.
