Firefighters rescue “lovely pooch” stuck in mud

He needed a good hosing after that

Firefighters rescued a “lovely pooch” stuck in the mud near a Lincolnshire country park.

The crew from Barton hosed the dog down after the rescue at Water’s Edge in Barton-upon-Humber on Wednesday, March 6.

Humberside Fire & Rescue tweeted that the dog was “relieved” to see them.

After the rescue the dog was then left in the care of its owner.
