The Balloon Bar is the latest addition to the £3 million artisan shopping village. Its normal opening hours will be Sunday to Wednesday 12pm-4pm and Thursday to Saturday 12pm-10.30pm.

It will serve what it describes as extraordinary cocktails, refreshing mocktails and delicious tapas.

The hand-crafted cocktails and mocktails were specifically created for the new venue by the resident mixologist and inspired by Belvoir gardens.

The cocktails to choose from are inspired by the hot air balloon theme including ‘Up, Up and Away’ and ‘Around the World’. There will also be a range of beers, spirits and soft drinks available.
