A new gym with a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy will hold a ‘sneak peek open day’ this weekend after three local businesses invested around £100,000 to move in together at a hub in Lincoln.
Health foods and supplements business Tru Health Ltd and a leading tea subscription service Varieteas previously occupied space within the Sparkhouse complex on Rope Walk in Lincoln.
Tru Health Ltd and Varietas outgrew that space and wanted a unit they could use in tandem.

The pair, along with Primal Life Gym, have moved into the Sunningdale Trading Estate on Dixon Close in Lincoln in the former Dack Motor Group unit.
The project has created five new jobs so far with another two anticipated over the course of the next 12 months.
The finishing touches are being made at Primal Life Gym ahead of its official opening.
The gym is set to open on August 1, but a ‘sneak peek open day’ will be held this weekend on Saturday and Sunday, 27-28. This will allow new members to visit the club for the first time, meet the team behind the gym and see the equipment on offer.
The gym will also offer personal training, classes and Bootcamps, as well as an internal supplement and health foods store. Coach Sam Tweed will bring a full compliment of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training and classes, ranging from kids sessions to private one-to-one coaching.

James Rogers, Head of Business Development for Tru Health & Primal Life Gym, said: “This was a unique opportunity to consolidate the three businesses into one site. From a scaleability and strategic point of view, it was too good to miss.”
Ryan Croft, Director of Varieteas and Tru Health Ltd, added: “Sometimes we have dreams and those dreams have to be shelved, maybe the timing isn’t right or we aren’t in the right place ourselves to see that dream realised. It was time to take this one off the shelf and bring it to life!”
