Lincolnite vs Food: Monster Rib-A-Saurus challenge

We’re gonna need a bigger belly, this one is a monster!

We’re gonna need a bigger belly! The Lincolnite was challenged to take on the monster Rib-A-Saurus challenge.

The heat can only mean one thing, and that’s the return of our popular Lincolnite vs Food series where we take on challenges from across the city.

Nosey Parker, on Tritton Road, is famous for its mega menu but the Rib-A-Saurus could be the biggest plate – or tray – of food we’ve ever faced.

This is the Rib-A-Saurus.

It comes with a giant rack of smoked pork ribs coated in Texan-style BBQ glaze with a huge portion of chips, two corn on the cobs, coleslaw and BBQ baked beans.

All of that food is being served up for just £15.99 if you fancy the challenge.

We sent our reporter Calvin Robinson down to take it on, so watch our video above to find out how he got on.

If you’ve got a food challenge we need to try then let us know by sending an email to [email protected].
