A proud business owner known locally as Sam is looking forward to becoming the new cod on the block when he opens his chippy in Boston.
Sezgin Cilek, who has been in the catering and chip shop industry for over 30 years, will open Sam’s Traditional Fish and Chip Restaurant in the Market Place in the coming weeks.
It will be located in the former Captain Cods building as the plaice to be for fish and chips and other chip shop delights.
Sam’s Traditional Fish and Chip Restaurant will open Monday to Saturday with a takeaway option. You batter believe it, an evening dining option will also be available.

Sezgin said: “I’m really excited to be opening my new shop in Boston, and I’ve spent a long time preparing.
“A considerable quantity of building work has been undertaken in the shop, working with local trades, and I’m delighted with the results we have achieved. I can’t wait to open, and start serving traditional fish and chips in the middle of town.”
Customers will hope this is the start of a great relation-chip with a local business venture.
