The first Lincolnshire 30 Under 30, organised by The Lincolnite and sponsored by Streets Chartered Accountants, the University of Lincoln and Ringrose Law, saw almost 80 nominations — but only 30 could make the cut this year.

Local businesses and individuals nominated a range of inspiring people aged 30 or under, from entrepreneurs to professionals, sportspeople, volunteers and artists.

A panel of judges selected the final shortlist this week, noting the outstanding standard of entries.

Sponsors assessed the entries based on the nominated person’s career and development, impact on their current field or employer, as well as their personal story and journey.

The final selection will be announced soon, along with invites to a special reception and portrait exhibition.
