Police have released video CCTV of a man peering through windows in Alford after £1,000 worth of jewellery was allegedly stolen from a property.
A burglary was carried out at a property in East Street in Alford between 8.40am and 11.05am on October 9.
Around £1,000 of jewellery was taken, including three rings and a bracelet, which are described as follows:
Ring 1 – 1/4 carat solitaire, diamond on a gold band
Ring 2 – Eternity ring, band of diamond and emeralds, the two stones alternating
Ring 3 – Gold band, vintage trilogy, blue sapphire in the middle, two diamonds either side of the sapphire
Bracelet – Gold chain
CCTV was released by police from the owners of a neighbouring property. Police believe the man in the video may be able to assist with their investigation.

Two Nottingham women who admitted assisting in the management of a brothel which was operating in the north of Lincoln have been spared immediate jail sentences.
Sylvia Chanda, 57, and Lombe Yamelezi, 36, both of High Main Drive, Bestwood, Nottingham, each pleaded guilty to a charge of keeping a brothel between 27 March 2017 and 4 October 2018.
