Grimsby man wanted in connection with attempted murder

Four people were arrested during police’s search for him

A 23-year-old man from Grimsby is wanted by police in connection with an attempted murder, robbery with a weapon, threats to kill and theft.

Humberside Police said on Sunday that four people have been arrested in the last 24 hours as officers hone in to locate Liam Milligan.

A number of addresses in North East Lincolnshire, believed to be connected to Milligan, have been checked. Police are advising people not to approach him.

Four people found at four separate properties were arrested on suspicion of various offences.

  • A 39-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of robbery
  • A 22-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm
  • A 24-year-old man and a 16-year-old girl have both been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply class A drugs

The man and 39-year-old woman remain in police custody at the time of writing. The 16-year-old girl and 22-year-old woman have been released under investigation.

Detective Inspector Kerry Bull said: “We are determined to find Liam Milligan and this proactive action will continue until he is in our custody.”
