A man pushed and injured a two-year-old child during an alleged theft at a Co-op store in Lincoln.
The offender entered the store on Carholme Road in Lincoln on September 5 and filled a bag with items. As he was leaving the store he pushed the child to the ground, causing a minor injury.
The man then fled the scene on a bike with the stolen items.
Police officers are investigating the theft and common assault. The force released a CCTV image on October 15 of a man they would like to speak with in connection with these two incidents.
He is described as around five foot 10 with short dark hair and facial hair. He was wearing a grey t-shirt and grey jeans.
Anyone with information, or who recognises the pictured man, should contact Lincolnshire Police on 101 or via email at c[email protected] quoting reference 135 of September 5.

As people prepare to go out more in the run up to Christmas, a Lincoln woman who created the globally renowned Ask For Angela not-for-profit scheme is proud to have made the county, and the world, a safer place.
The scheme, launched by Hayley Crawford (pictured above) in 2016, aims to ensure that anyone who is feeling vulnerable or unsafe is able to get the support they need. This could be on a night out, a date, meeting friends and other situations, and it is available to everyone of all genders to help them feel safer.
