Misconduct hearing for former Lincoln PC over misuse of police systems

A special case misconduct hearing will take place this month

A former Lincolnshire Police constable will face a special case misconduct hearing for allegedly using police systems for “inappropriate purposes”.

It is alleged that former PC Calum Garrard-Kendal, who was based at Lincoln, used police systems for inappropriate purposes between May 18, 2018 and September 13, 2019.

He was later convicted of an offence under the Data Protection Act.

It is alleged that he breached the following standards of professional behaviour:

  • Honesty and Integrity
  • Discreditable Conduct
  • Orders and Instructions
  • Confidentiality

A special case misconduct hearing to be held in public at Lincolnshire Police Headquarters in Nettleham at 12pm on October 30, 2019.
