A residential training college for HMRC on the outskirts of Lincoln with 127 bedrooms and surrounded by Riseholme Park is up for sale.

Lawress Hall, which totals 122,304 square feet and is located 2.5 miles north of Lincoln, is being marketed by Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH).

It includes a leisure complex with a swimming pool and gym, dedicated seminar and training rooms, catering and entertaining facilities, as well as parking for 245 cars.

The training and conference centre, which was purpose built in 1994 for HMRC, will be sold long leasehold, with vacant possession on completion in April 2021.

The price is not disclosed and is available on application.

The property is not listed and the leases provide for a change of use, subject to freeholder consent, is held on two leases for terms of 125 years from November 10, 1995 at peppercorn rents.
