Police cordoned off an alleyway in Scunthorpe after a man was injured in an incident in Scunthorpe.
The incident in the alleyway at the rear of The Light nightclub happened shortly before 11am on Thursday.
Initial reports suggested a person has been stabbed. Police have not confirmed this at the time of writing.
A man was later taken to hospital with what was described as minor injuries.
A police forensics team were also spotted at the scene and a larger area was initially cordoned off, before this was later reduced.

A spokesperson for Humberside Police said: “We were called at 10.50am today (Thursday, February 20) to a disturbance between a group of men off Oswald Road in Scunthorpe.
“One man has sustained what are thought to be minor injuries and has been treated in hospital.”
