Woman seriously injured in Market Rasen crash

The crash involved three vehicles

A woman is in hospital with serious injuries after a crash near Market Rasen on Thursday afternoon.

Police officers attended the crash at 4.20pm on Thursday on the A157 Burgh on Bain, Market Rasen, at the junction of the B1225.

The crash involved a Fiat, van and a Volvo. The female driver of the Fiat suffered serious injuries and remains in hospital at the time of publishing.

The driver and passenger of the van, and the driver of the Volvo, all received minor injuries.

Lincolnshire Police are appealing for witnesses to the collision, or anyone who has dashcam footage, to contact them on 101 or via email at [email protected], quoting reference 276 of February 6.
