Found: Concerns for missing man last seen at Lincoln train station

He has been missing since Thursday, May 14

Update: Lincolnshire Police confirmed on Tuesday morning that Jerry has now been found.


A 38-year-old man last seen at the railway station in Lincoln has been missing for four days.

Police say they are extremely concerned for his welfare.

The last reported sighting of Jerry Scott was at Lincoln Central Railway Station between 7.30am and 9.37am on Thursday, May 14. He was seen boarding a train heading towards Nottingham and Leicester.

Police said he may have left the train at another station before it reached its final destination. The train stopped at Hykeham, Swinderby, Collingham, Newark Castle, Nottingham, Beeston, East Midlands Parkway, Loughborough, Barrow-Upon-Soar, Sileby, Syston and then Leicester.

A friend, who did not wish to be named, said they believe Jerry could be in either Lincoln, Newark or Nottingham, and said he also has roots to Mansfield where his family live.

Jerry is described as five foot, eleven inches tall, with short to medium lengthy curly dark hair and green eyes.

He was last seen wearing a blue cardigan with toggle type buttons, blue jeans and black shoes or trainers.

Jerry Scott no longer has dreadlocks
