A Lincoln bus driver joked that he looks forward to being called up for ‘The Great British Bake Off’ after completing a crazy challenge of baking a cake whilst blindfolded.
Marc Harris has been attempting crazy challenges during lockdown and launched his own YouTube channel JustMarcHarris in March. His friends asked him to do challenges as he’s “not very good at them” and they always have a laugh at his attempts.
The latest challenge saw the 32-year-old, who works for Stagecoach in Lincoln, trying to bake a ginger cake whilst blindfolded.

He told The Lincolnite that the end of result of the cake was “just very poor” and his facial expressions in the video show that it didn’t taste too good either, but he certainly had fun trying.
Marc said: “The baking one was an idea inspired from ‘The Great British Bake Off’ as they make it look so easy and I wanted to make it more of a challenge, so I blinded myself.
“The reactions have been very positive and encouraging. I have a few ideas in the pipeline for future challenges so watch this space.”
Marc has so far recorded five challenges, including throwing playing cards into a watermelon, eating very hot sauces and waxing his nasal hair.
