By Local Democracy Reporter

Countrywide Hotels are the new management team of Stoke Rochford Hall Hotel, which reopened this week.

The 97 bedroom hotel, located just outside Grantham, reopened on Monday, August 17 after full COVID-19 preparation to keep guests safe.

It comes after closure during lockdown and a £250,000 fine for eight charges of health & safety breaches.

Stoke Rochford will offer 26 spaces to wedding guests, including the Orangery and Castle Suite which can offer a socially distanced capacity of 410 guests.

The new owners at Countrywide Hotels want to make the Victorian mansion house one of the UK’s leading wedding venues, as well as a general meeting place for people.

Family celebrations, as well as brunch, afternoon tea, dinner and drinks will be on offer in the hotel bar and restaurant.

Darren Patt, managing director, said: “We are excited to be reopening Stoke Rochford Hall Hotel and are really look forward to welcoming the local community back into the hotel, it is a beautiful and romantic setting for a perfect wedding day.

“Our guests are the life of the hotel and our team are ready to look after you in a safe environment.”
