Prezzo Boston reopens on Friday

Lincoln, Gainsborough and Grantham already back open

Prezzo will reopen its Boston restaurant on Friday with some new additions to the menu.

The restaurant’s branches in Lincoln (July 4), Gainsborough (July 13) and Grantham (August 11) have already reopened, with the Boston outlet welcoming customers back from September 4.

The restaurant in Spalding doesn’t have a reopening date set yet, but is expected to return later this month.

People are encouraged to use digital ordering from a smartphone or tablet, with the QR code on each table, but people can still order from a waiter if they prefer.

The restaurants are now cashless and customers can settle their bill using Apple Pay or Android Pay, contactless or chip and pin.

Social distancing markers are in place, along with hand sanitising units, and all menus will now be disposable to ensure no contamination.

Diners will also be able to enjoy some new additions to the menu. This includes a new calamari recipe, four new pizzas (including vegetarian and vegan options), a new chicken burger and some new cocktails and coolers.

It will also be introducing its Vegan Spaghetti Bolognese, which is also available with gluten free pasta.

Although the Eat Out to Help Out Scheme has ended at Prezzo, which has 182 restaurants nationwide, it will launch its own offer from September 4 with the Favourites Set Menu priced at £10 for two courses and available Monday to Wednesday.
