Full permission has been given for a new estate in Sudbrooke after a planning committee unanimously gave the scheme a green light.
The Parklands development, was fully approved on Wednesday, July 26, after members of the committee looked at the appearance, scale, layout and landscaping of the proposals.
The site will include 130 dwellings with a mix of housing types containing affordable homes, a new building housing 25 retirement apartments, a pub/restaurant, open spaces, community allotments and an outdoor gym.
West Lindsey District Council previously rejected initial plans by Jackson & Jackson Developments and Globe Consultants for the estate in Sudbrooke.

However, the developers successfully appealed to the Planning Inspectorate, claiming that the council had not made a decision within the statutory timescale.
An official website and property details will now be launched next month.
James Rigby, planning consultant said: “Following the approval of the principle of development at appeal in June 2016, further details were submitted to West Lindsey in relation to the detailed design of the 130 new dwellings, the public house, and Sudbrooke Holme as well as strategies for the extensive areas of open space and landscaping.
“In recommending approval, planning officers praised the design of the scheme and the positive contribution the scheme would make to the village of Sudbrooke.

Dominik Jackson, director at Jackson & Jackson Developments said: “Jackson & Jackson Developments is looking forward to delivering a market leading scheme – we are not just focusing on great properties; we are looking to create a spectacular environment to live in.
“Myself and the team are looking forward to launching the official website and property details next month.”
