Pirates and mermaids family rave coming to Lincoln

Get ready to party

Expect Jungle classics and a party atmosphere when Big Fish Little Fish returns to Lincoln with a pirates and mermaids themed family rave next month.

Big Fish Little Fish’s DJ’s Junglist Alliance will be playing a set of jungle and old skool rave to a crowd of around 500 parents and their children aged 0 to eight at The Engine Shed on Sunday, October 20. This follows the fun of the onesie and pyjama party in June.

The event will take place between 2pm-4.30pm with tickets now on sale priced at £29.48. For more information and to buy tickets click here.

Jungle classics and Big Fish Little Fish anthems will be played on a multi-sensory dance floor with glitter cannons, bubble machines, giant balloons and parachute dances from the DJ’s Junglist Alliance.

There will also be a craft station, giant colouring mural and play doh table. There will be a play area with tents, tunnels, ball pools and soft play to enjoy, as well as a licensed bar, face painting and free transfer tattoos.

However, glow sticks will no longer be supplied at Big Fish Little Fish’s events due to their drive to have less single use plastics.

Big Fish Little Fish has been running regularly in London since 2013 and has been the Fantastic for Families ‘Audience Choice’ award winners for five years in a row, which it won again recently.

Mark Ricketts, Regional Manager for Yorkshire & East Midlands, said: “It’s a Family Pyjama party with a difference and a real treat to have a rising star bringing the tunes. DJs Junglist Alliance are a big part of the British Jungle scene and are huge in their native Sheffield.”
