A 42-year-old man has been charged following a serious assault which took place near Lincoln High Street last week.

A man required urgent medical treatment after a fight broke out in the car park to the rear of the Treaty of Commerce pub on June 22.

Dan Cox was left rueing fine margins after a narrow defeat in the opening round of Wimbledon Qualifying on Monday.
