With Valentine’s Day looming this week, we take you on a journey of an unexpected love story in Lincoln, which started virtually over 6,000 miles away in Peru in South America.

Coventry-born Damian Taylor first met Guillermo Martinez, originally from Venezuela and living in Peru, virtually in May 2022 after connecting on a social networking site. They are now married and live happily together in Lincoln, where Damian has spent 15 years of his life.
