Caravans have illegally pitched up on Maxwell Avenue, just off Tritton Road.
Three caravans can be spotted from the roadside, pitched on a playing field near to St Francis Hill Primary School.

City of Lincoln Council say they were made aware of the campsite Monday morning and said they are carrying out the required assessments before taking formal action.
Becky Scott, Legal & Democratic Services Manager at City of Lincoln Council, said: “We are carrying out the required assessments of the site and its occupants before taking any formal action and will work within the protocol we have with Lincolnshire County Council and the police.”
Residents in the Ermine have voiced their anger over fly tippers using the area as a rubbish dump.
They say that despite regular cleanups by the City of Lincoln Council, the fly tippers ‘return within 24 hours to make another mess’.
Food, dirty nappies and empty appliances boxes are among the things discarded around the garages at the bottom of Asterby Close on Ermine East.
“This is an ongoing issue and the council aren’t doing enough to deter the culprits,” said a concerned resident who preferred not to be named.
“Sometimes they send a truck and sometimes a refuse cart to clear it up but low and behold within 24 hours it all starts again.
“I have seen rats scurrying away from the pile and I’m worried about the environmental issues it might be causing.
“The photo I have taken doesn’t do it justice. What’s worse is it’s right under the sign that states no dumping of rubbish!”
The Lincolnite contacted the council for a comment.
Francesca Bell, Public Protection, Anti-social Behaviour & Licensing Manager at City of Lincoln Council said:
“City of Lincoln Council takes fly tipping very seriously and aims to investigate fly tipping quickly following a report.
“When items potential identify the person responsible we take steps to fully investigate and take robust enforcement action where appropriate and where evidence permits.
“Unfortunately, in some cases, the person cannot be identified leaving the council with limited options. Those who commit fly tipping offences face a £200 fixed penalty or an unlimited fine if found guilty in the magistrates’ court.
“We encourage fly tipping to be reported, particularly where the public may have witnessed the offence or have information that may identify the person responsible.”
