Suspected drug dealer arrested

Drug dealer? Lincolnshire Police have arrested a man on suspicion of possession and intent to supply.

On November 1, Lincolnshire Police officers arrested a man in connection with dealing drugs in Lincoln.

The police entered a property with a search warrant on Sincil Bank yesterday, acting on police intelligence.

While searching they found “a quantity” of heroin, cocaine and cannabis. The 54 year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession and intent to supply.

He has been questioned by detectives and released on bail while the drugs are tested. He will answer bail on December 13.

This crackdown comes after the success of police dismantling a money laundering group that cleaned dirty drugs money from city cannabis farms.

“Do you know of anyone who is producing or selling drugs in Lincoln and the surrounding villages? Please call us and help to get to grips with this issue,” said Det Sgt Nick Clark.
