Lincoln-based Danwood Group has bought print and photocopying services company Document Express in a multi-million pound deal.
Document Express is based in Oldham and creates annual revenues of £10 million. The business has 60 employees some of their clients include Heinz and John West.
Danwood Group are the largest independent provider of office printing equipment in the UK and generate annual revenues in excess of £250 million. They have over 1,700 staff in offices in over 40 locations.

“Having successfully acquired and integrated two Xerox concessionaires in Ireland and more recently Edox in London into the Danwood structure, we are confident that this latest acquisition can only further enhance the levels of service and support we offer to our customers.”
