Police charge Lincoln man with burglary

Charged: A Lincoln man has been charged in relation to a burglary in the city, plus one attempted burglary.

Lincolnshire Police have charged a local man in relation to a burglary in Lincoln.

As previously reported, officers were offering a £50 reward to anyone who could provide information on Sam Barry Chantry (30) of High street, Lincoln.

Lincoln CID officers were looking for Chantry in relation to a burglary in Eastcliff Road in Lincoln on March 29, plus a further attempted burglary in the same place.

Officers arrested Chantry of Friday, April 19, and then charged him the following day.

He was remanded in custody to appear at Lincoln Magistrates Court on April 22.
