A power cut in the east of Lincoln has temporarily left over one thousand households and businesses without power on Monday morning, August 19.
The power cut happened after an electricity cable on Waterside South bridge collapsed.
Around 1,074 residents in the Sincil Bank area were temporarily affected by the power cut.
According to Western Power Distribution, engineers are aware of the situation, and aim to have the problem resolved by 12.30pm.
Update @ 11.26am: The power cut is causing a few issues to traffic lights on Canwick Road. Be cautious.
Update @ 11.34am: Power is back on for the majority of residents due to engineers re-routing power supplies.
Update @ 11.44am: Power is back to normal across the city.
