Improvement work, said to cost around £500,000, is still underway at the venue.

The rendering images shared by the club on social media show how Moka and Shack should look once finished.

The Moka room will play dance, electronic dance and R&B music, while Shack is set to play chart, party and retro songs.

A grand opening party is also scheduled for the new Moka and Shack on Saturday, August 17.

The makeover – the first in almost 15 years – sees owners Luminar Group turn the city venue into the second Moka club after Crawley in West Sussex, and the first under the Shack brand.
