Three Lincoln village pubs have made their first appearance in the latest Good Beer Guide from the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA).
The Good Beer Guide 2014 is the 41st edition of the publication, which aims to promote and support good pubs and ale around the UK.
This year, The Dambusters Inn at Scampton, The Green Man at Norton Disney and The Lion and Royal at Navenby made the list.
They are three of 4,500 pubs features in the list, which was available from September 12.
Bob Foulger, Chairman of the Lincoln Branch of CAMRA, said: “It’s great to see these village pubs doing well.
“It shows what can be done when landlords are allowed to provide what their customers want.”
Meanwhile, The Victoria on Union Road, behind Lincoln Castle, is busy celebrating its 30th consecutive appearance in the guide.
Bob Foulger added: “This is a fantastic achievement by The Vic. Very few pubs in the country can boast such a record.”

Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way…to the Christmas cheer being displayed through Lincolnshire.
Local handyman Lee Bellamy, 32 (pictured above with his family), felt his street on Lake View Road in Lincoln didn’t have enough festive displays so wanted to do one of his own, with the help of his girlfriend Robyn Mould, and their children Lucas, 9, and Ella-Rose, 2.
Tenants living in a large block of council flats on Lincoln’s Ermine Estate have criticised the building’s “run down” condition, highlighting several issues.
Trent View residents, contending with problems such as excessive bird excrement and poor insulation, have also criticised City of Lincoln Council for its delayed handling of ongoing issues like leaks.
