A hairdressing salon in Lincoln city centre celebrated 10 years of business on November 30.
Sincil Salon, on Sincil Street, opened 10 years ago when owner Joanne Pepper decided it was time to run her own business.
She started with herself and two other part time hairdressers, Michelle and Melanie.
Since then, Joanne has expanded the number or staff working in the salon, and the initial team still work for her, with Michelle now taking on the role of salon manager.
At the salon, there’s full time stylist Leanne, plus three part time stylists, Melanie, Sharon and Rebecca, and two apprentices, Ellie and Katie.
Joanne Pepper said: “We pride ourselves on giving clients what they want at a very competitive price.
“We are a small friendy little salon and have made so many friends over the years.
“I am so proud of my little salon and I have a great team of staff and we all get along brilliantly which I think comes across to our clients.”
