Lincoln property agency expands with move

Up the property ladder: A Lincoln property agent is expanding business with new city centre offices.

A property agent in Lincoln has moved into a new city centre office.

The Pip Property Group, formerly pip Lettings, has moved from Doddington Road to new, bright green offices on Newland, near Mint Street.

The move is part of expansion plans which has already seen the company add a property maintenance department and take on homes for sale alongside lettings, to meet demand from home owners and buyers.

Director Michael Hollamby said: “We’re very excited to have moved to a city centre location.

“Our previous base at Doddington Road has been a great location for the business for the past three years, and it’s allowed us to grow at a sustainable rate.

“As we’ve grown as an agency, expanding both the lettings side of the business and introducing a sales division, it’s become clear that we need to be based in the city centre where we have a more visible presence.”

In addition to the move, the company also set up a new website, featuring the latest properties and directing potential clients to Rightmove and Zoopla.
