Continued appeal: Police are continuing an appeal for information after a ‘suspicious’ Lincoln incident left a 28-year-old man with a serious head injury.

Police are continuing an appeal for information after a ‘suspicious’ Lincoln incident left a 28-year-old man with a serious head injury.

As previously reported, the man was found injured at an address on Princess Street, Lincoln.

The 28-year-old man was taken to Royal Hallamshire Hospital in Sheffield on Tuesday, April 29 with a head injury. His condition is currently described as stable.

Three men (two aged 47 and one aged 38) who were arrested on suspicion of Grievous Bodily Harm (GBH) in connection with the inquiry have since been released on police bail.

Police have also revealed that a separate disturbance was reported from the same address on Princess Street that is believed to have happened on Sunday, April 27, and are asking for information on this incident also.

Detectives investigating the incident are still keen to hear from anyone who may have seen or heard anything to do with the April 29 incident.
