The search for missing four-year-old Suren Stepans, who was last seen at his home in Merseyside on June 29, has been extended to Lincoln, as his family are believed to have ties in the city.
Merseyside Police believe he is with his parents, Arturs Brezovskis and Maruta Stephans.
He has family in the Blackburn area of Lancashire. Suren’s family also have ties in Lincoln and Northamptonshire.
Suren is still believed to be with his father and mother, Arturs Brezovskis and Maruta Stephans.
Suren was with his parents at their home on Bridge Street in Blackburn before he was reported as missing.
Officers have received reports of a sighting at an address in Blackburn, Lancashire on Friday, July 18.
No other sighting have been reported since.
Officers and social services are becoming increasingly concerned for Suren’s welfare and are urging people with information about his whereabouts, or those of his parents, to get in touch.
Suren is described as white, about 3ft 6in tall, of a slight build and with an olive complexion. He has short dark brown straight hair and brown eyes.
Suren does not speak English but does speak a limited amount of Latvian.

Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) has confirmed plans to jet-wash blocked gullies in Leadenham following persistent flooding, which has left residents and businesses in constant fear of property damage during heavy rainfall.
The council intends to jet the A607 outside Leadenham Post Office as an urgent measure to mitigate ongoing flood risks, with a full clean scheduled for January. The announcement comes after a plea from Leadenham Parish Councillor Martyn Everett, who highlighted significant flooding along Sleaford Road.
