Police appeal: Police are appealing for witnesses after a man exposed his genitals to a woman in Boultham Park on Sunday afternoon.

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man exposed his genitals to a woman and her two children in Boultham Park on Sunday, March 1.

A 25-year-old woman reported walking with two children over the bridge in the park, which is close to Russell Street, at around 1.10pm on Sunday, March 1 when a man approached her from the direction of the riverbank on the Newark Road side and exposed his genitals.

He is described as a white man, aged between around 20 and 25, of around 5ft 9in in height, wearing a grey tracksuit hooded top with the top up, and grey tracksuit bottoms.

Officers say it is not clear in which direction he left.

Officers investigating the incident are appealing to hear from anyone who may have seen a man matching the description in the area or anyone who has any information which is relevant to the enquiry.
