Redesign and new brands set for Lincoln House of Fraser

Fresh new look: The Lincoln House of Fraser is getting new popular brands and a refit.

Lincoln High Street shoppers will soon be able to browse a range of new labels as the city’s House of Fraser undergoes a £1 million refit.

Work has already started to revamp the department store, with a completion date set for Autumn this year.

New brands coming to the branch include Kurt Geiger women’s shoes, Biba, French Connection, Phase Eight and Wallis.

Menswear will expand to almost double its current size with the introduction of Lacoste, Barbour and Fred Perry.

There will also be a new-look cafe in store and the beauty hall will be upgraded.

New flooring, lighting, shop fittings and shop front are in the plans and the main entrance will move to the corner of Mint Street and the High Street.

The second floor will see an expanded homeware and buy & collect department.

House of Fraser will continue to trade as normal during the refurbishment.

Mark Blastland, Store Manager at House of Fraser Lincoln said: “Our vision is to create a premium shopping experience for our customers, positioning House of Fraser as a one stop destination for luxury brands.”

“We hope that the new look store and introduction of well-known brands will not only attract new shoppers from across the UK to our store but will also boost Lincoln’s profile as a shopping hotspot.”
