Teen Luke Wickham goes missing for second time and may pose risk to public

Do not approach: Police are asking for help in tracing 19-year-old Luke Wickham, who is missing for the second time in as many weeks.

Police are asking for help in tracing 19-year-old Luke Wickham, who is missing for the second time in as many weeks.

The teenager first went missing after travelling to Lincoln from Northampton on July 1, before he was found back in his home town the following week.

However, Luke has not been seen since 10pm on Monday night when he was spotted on Billing Road in Northampton.

Police are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare, believing he could pose a risk to both the public and himself.

Luke has knowledge and experience of Lincolnshire particularly the East Coast, police say.

Luke is white, about 5ft 8ins, slim, with short blonde hair. He is clean-shaven and has his left ear pierced and was wearing a grey top and jogging bottoms.

Detective Sergeant Adam Pendlebury, from Northampton CID, said: “I would urge Luke to make contact with us as soon as possible, to let us know where he is.

“Luke was last seen in Billing Road on Monday night and I would like to speak to anyone who may have seen him since.

“Although we are asking for the people’s help in tracing Mr Wickham, members of the public should not approach him.”
