Illegal immigrant who sneaked back into Lincolnshire to be deported again

Illegal immigrant: A Latvian criminal who illegally returned to the UK after being deported has been arrested in Lincolnshire.

A Latvian criminal who illegally returned to the UK after being deported has been arrested in Lincolnshire.

Andrejs Gricans, 27, was given a prison sentence in 2013 following his conviction for conspiracy to commit burglary in relation to 60 offences throughout Lincolnshire, Norfolk and South Yorkshire.

Gricans was also made the subject of a 10 year deportation order and, at the end of his sentence, he was removed from the UK by the Home Office and returned to Latvia.

However, officers found that Gricans had returned to the UK illegally following a recent police investigation.

Gricans was arrested at an address on Fydell Street in Boston on November 20 and returned to prison for breaching his deportation order.

He will now be subsequently removed from the UK.
