Family members have confirmed that Anthony has been found safe and well and have thanked all who shared their appeal to trace him.

Friends and family of a Lincoln man who is described as “extremely vulnerable” are appealing for help tracing him as concerns grow for his safety.

Anthony Wells, 38, from Boundary Street in Lincoln was last seen on Touro Drive in the Birchwood estate at around 8.30pm on Monday, May 16.

He has been reported missing by friends and family, who say he is without his medication or any belongings.

He is described as being around six feet tall and of stocky build. He was last seen wearing a smart royal blue suit and smart brown shoes.

His girlfriend Charlotte Smith said:

“We are all worried about you Anthony your family, friends and work colleagues. Please contact us and let us know you are safe.”

Anyone who has information about Anthony and his whereabouts should contact Lincolnshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 46 of May 18.
