A new bespoke kitchen and fitted bedroom specialist has set up shop in the last available unit at Firth Road Business Centre in Lincoln.

Cabinet maker Michael Warrington set up the business under his own name with 12 years of experience having worked for a private company and through self employment.

Michael said: “I was attracted to the Firth Road site because of its location at the heart of a fast-growing city and also because it offered me well-serviced accommodation.

“I’m delighted to say that I have five months’ work on my books already and I’m hoping that the growth of my business will allow me to take on an extra pair of hands in the not too distant future.”

Banks Long & Co facilitated the deal between Michael and site owner St Modwen. Surveyor Jag Landa said: “We are very pleased to have acted on behalf of St Modwen in letting the last available unit (measuring 600 sq ft) at its Firth Road Business Centre.

“The business park has proved an attractive location and it is now home to a wide variety of businesses. These include e2v, which expanded its Microwave Division; jeweller John Greed – who also has retail outlets in the city centre – and the children’s fantasy partywear business Fairy Glam.”
