Brazilian restaurant Tiago has officially opened its doors in Lincoln.

Work has been completed to transform the former late night bar Brewhaus on Silver Street into an all-you-can-eat restaurant.

Food will be served between 12 noon and 11pm with the bar staying open into the late hours, serving a range of cocktails, wine and Brazilian beers.

Diners will be able to experience a limitless experience of food with waiters hand delivering all dishes for as long as they are hungry.

Take a first look of the new restaurant and its mouthwatering menu items:

Charlie Hewitt, owner of Tiago: “I’m over the moon. It’s been a long road. We acquired the site back in April and we have had some issue with the gas supply. To finally get the doors open is wonderful.

“We specialise in our meats, the majority from South America. Some of my favourites include Picanha which is the top of a rump steak.

“The fat drops through it and really makes it taste amazing. Another favourite is the Feijoada, which is a black bean Brazilian stew made with Brazilian sausage, lamb and beef.

“We have some quirky things too, like chicken and duck hearts and a fine selection of salads.

“I’m looking forward to the time we will have in Lincoln and I’m very impressed with the calibre of people who have applied for jobs.”
