Patchy fog is predicted to develop across Lincolnshire overnight, causing potential difficulties for motorists.

The Met Office has issued a weather warning valid from 7pm on Monday, October 31, until 10am on Tuesday, November 1.

Patchy fog is expected to form on Monday evening and become widespread overnight into Tuesday morning.

Visibility could be down to 50 to 100 metres in some places.

The fog should clear early on Tuesday although some patches may persist into the morning.

Motorists should be aware of potential disruption to transport.
